Vaso brings those dynamics into the open. Using behavioural science, team diagnostics and facilitated work with the management team, she finds where things get stuck, and then works with the team to change how they actually operate.
Alongside team coaching, she coaches CEOs, general managers and directors one-to-one. She has led national sales teams in multinational organizations, so she knows leadership from the inside. Her background in speech and language therapy, an MSc in Human Communication Science and an MBA give her a rare combination: a sharp ear for how people communicate and a clear view of what the business needs.
She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and EMCC Senior Practitioner with more than 3,000 coaching hours, Board Secretary of EMCC Cyprus, faculty member of MML Education’s Global Coaching Certification Program, author of Truth or Dare, and founder of Blue Walnut Consulting.
Through her coaching, keynotes and programs, she helps leaders build teams people want to join and cultures people want to stay in, and lead in a way they are proud of.

Studies
Vaso Vardaki is an accredited professional coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
She is also a certified trainer in the ‘Success Principles’ methodology by the renowned coach and mentor Jack Canfield, and certified trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) in Cyprus.
Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy (BSc) and two postgraduate master degrees, one in the science of Human Communication (MSc) and one MBA in Business Administration.
