Vaso Vardaki
Vaso Vardaki is a Leadership and Executive Coach who helps leaders shift from leader-in-progress to leader-on-purpose.
With nearly two decades of corporate leadership experience, including leading high-performing national sales teams within multinational organizations, she brings both the empathy of someone who has lived leadership from the inside and the precision of someone trained to diagnose what others can only sense.
Her academic foundation is distinctly her own, and few coaches hold this combination: a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy, an MSc in Human Communication Science, and an MBA. A combination that bridges communication, psychology, and business strategy that gives her work both scientific grounding and a strategic edge. Vaso is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a Senior Practitioner accredited by EMCC.
She is also the author of the Greek personal development book Truth or Dare, α faculty member of MML Education’s Global Coaching Certification Program (ICF and EMCC accredited) and the Board Secretary of EMCC Cyprus. As the founder of Vardership Ltd, she continues to work with organizations of all sizes, across industries, to unlock leadership potential and make workplaces more meaningful and effective.
She works with CEOs, General Managers, Directors, and leadership teams to create calculated, intentional shifts that recalibrate how they think, decide, and lead. Her methodology combines executive and team coaching with data-driven diagnostics, addressing root causes and building the conditions for sustainable performance.

Vaso Vardaki is an accredited professional coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
She is also a certified trainer in the ‘Success Principles’ methodology by the renowned coach and mentor Jack Canfield, and certified trainer by the Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) in Cyprus.
Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy (BSc) and two postgraduate master degrees, one in the science of Human Communication (MSc) and one MBA in Business Administration.
