Success Journey -Team Coaching model is a model designed for teams, based on positive psychology and systemic coaching approach. Using Trust Development as a fundamental principle and 4 clear phases SJ-TC model drive the team to grow and develop towards change. 

Coming from International Coaching Federation (ICF), background, coaching is done based on ICF’s team coaching competencies with focus on Success Journey values –  Courage, Care & Integrity

Using the 5 D’s, phases of Success Journey Team Coaching Model consist the followings:
